620 – Fretboard Summit 2025

This unique 620 was specially built to showcase at The Fretboard Summit 2025 in Chicago, an annual guitar event where world-class luthiers and artists, along with players, collectors, and enthusiasts, meet to celebrate the instrument.  Constructed from all solid carved woods, including a figured mahogany body, quilted maple top, and flamed maple neck, this example was bound in koa and sports a custom full-body sunburst.  The fingerboard and peghead veneer are from a matching set of Ziricote, while other custom features include Ron Ellis Bette humbuckers and open-gear Waverly tuners.
