From Australia to Texas, the back and sides on this D2 Custom represent the only Collings ever made with Red Narra.  Paired with an Italian spruce top – another rarity on our flat tops – this dreadnought produces a rosewood-esque tone but with rounder lows and stronger mids, all while maintaining rich, shimmery highs.

Adirondack spruce braces and no herringbone on a 2-style instrument add to the customizations, along with the unique stain on its Honduran mahogany neck, which is perfectly matched to the unique coloration of the back and side wood.
