The MT2 Mandola is our fully-appointed mandola with a seasoned Red spruce (Adirondack) top and premium maple back and sides. Featuring a comfortable 15.9″ scale length, it can be played just like a mandolin, but the low C string adds a whole new dimension of musical possibilities. Its superb tone, elegant stylings, and unmatched playability make the MT2 Mandola a natural to please the most discerning eyes and ears.
MT Mandola vs MT2 Mandola
While both models share the same body shapes and dimensions, the MT Mandola comes standard with a fully-satin lacquer finish and simpler appointments. The MT2 Mandola features an all-gloss lacquer finish and upgraded appointments, such as ivoroid binding on the back and fingerboard and our Flourish peghead inlay.
